I was with Bitcasa from the beginning and they did not seem to care, changing there service and breaking promises they made. I spent a long time uploading massive amounts of files and now I have to start again with another provider, who I hope won't do something similar. I cannot trust that they will just change their service, regardless of what their customers want and signed up for. I see cloud storage as a long term investment, to store my files for a long time. I still used a large amount of storage space. I did not realises I had to put everything I had onto my storage plan, just to show I was using it. In other words, not enough people were using a large enough amount of storage, but the biggest appeal for me was that I would never have to worry about running out of space, it was comforting to know I had infinite storage for the future of my files. They said, the reason for cancelling infinite storage was due to the lack of use. This was not enough time but Bitcasa did not seem to care. Since joining, the terms of service changed regularly, the price of infinite storage went up and recently, the infinite service was withdrawn completely, with a few weeks to remove all my files. I tried the service and although buggy, slow and a crude desktop interface, I decided to invest in a years subscription, mainly due to the amazing offer of Infinite storage 'forever'.
